Background and Education:

I have a bachelor's degree in nutrition science from Russell Sage College and a master's degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. I completed my dietetic internship through Bastyr University. I am a certified leap therapist (CLT) and a certified intuitive eating counselor along with spending three years studying integrative and functional nutrition under Susan Allen so that I can provide a deeper perspective for those looking for answers to their health questions.
